- Is CashXChain a bank?
- No. CashXChain UG (haftungsbeschränkt) operates the platform as a technology infrastructure provider. Every regulated payment, exchange, custody and settlement step is executed by licensed partner institutions in their own names and under their own authorisations.
- Who holds the money in my account?
- A regulated partner institution holds your balance under its own safeguarding obligations. CashXChain never holds, transmits or custodies customer funds.
- What does it cost to receive money?
- Nothing. Receiving money in any currency and any amount, and holding balances for as long as you like, is free on every plan, including Free.
- How are exchange rates priced?
- Rates are all-in, so the rate shown is the rate applied. They depend on your plan and the currency group, from 1.00% for majors on Free down to 0.30% on Enterprise.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period, and you can cancel anytime with no penalty and no notice period.
- Which stablecoins does CashXChain use?
- USDC and EURC, both electronic money tokens under MiCAR. Stablecoin wallets inside customer accounts are on the roadmap and not yet available.

- All prices are net of VAT. The USD figure is the identical figure in EUR for customers whose registered seat is in the EU.
- Subscription is charged per company account, not per user.
- Limits are in USD, or the EUR equivalent, measured on the outbound leg. Counts are concurrent, not cumulative over the life of the account.
